Bikaram S. Dosanjh

Founder

Bikaram is responsible for sourcing, analysis and execution of acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to founding Ableprop, Bikaram was with KBC Alternative Investment Management (AIM) as an equity derivatives trader working on strategies combining over the counter (OTC) derivatives of European single stocks with credit default swaps (CDS). Preceding KBC AIM, Bikaram was a clerk and junior trader with Mako Global in Amsterdam and London.

With now over 15 years of participation in all transaction stages, be it acquisition or development beyond origination, structuring and strategy, Bikaram is responsible for the coordination of external professionals in transaction management from legal due diligence through to implementation of asset management.

Bikaram is a keen supporter of Rays of Sunshine and Cancer Research, a life-long Liverpool supporter, with current football activity split between watching his twins play and attending Liverpool’s home and away fixtures

Bikaram received an Economics and Politics BSc from the University of Bath.

Manish Hirani

Group Financial Controller

Manish joined Ableprop in 2015 having gained experience across the real estate spectrum from construction through to residential letting and management.

Manish is responsible for the financial controls for the day-to-day accounting functions of Ableprop’s companies and entities.

In addition to financial control, Manish oversees directly or indirectly Ableprop’s portfolio in liaising with appointed letting or managing agents, costing and coordination of maintenance and repairs with external contractors, negotiating rental offers, managing existing tenancies, managing tenancy renewals and ensuring occupancy levels within the portfolio are kept to a maximum.

In 2020, Manish launched Ableprop’s single family home buying entity, My Best Move, with software allowing My Best Move to promote to a targeted geography or demographic, enabling home and property owners to sell directly, promptly and confidentially.

Manish received a BA in Business & Management form De Montfort University, Leicester.
